Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC – Alma Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train cooks, and deliver menus with passion. You’ll lead a busy kitchen, drive quality, and ensure consistent service.

You’ll manage food ordering, stock control, health and hygiene compliance, and help the team smash targets. The role offers progression, pension, 28 days holiday, staff discounts, and support for qualifications.
