Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Alma Inn, supporting the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of. You will supervise a team, oversee the branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene compliance.

You will assist with food ordering, stock control and training, driving performance with your team. The role offers strong opportunities for progression within our brands and access to learning through paid qualifications.
