Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to join our Upham operation. You will assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, lead a team of chefs, and ensure great food and guest service. The role offers full-time hours, a competitive benefits package, and opportunities for progression within our brand.

You will manage food preparation, stock control, and adherence to branded menus and hygiene standards, while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy hospitality environment.
• Ability to train chefs and maintain high standards of service.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
