Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive a high standard of food and lead a team across our pubs.

You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure hygiene, and support the team during busy services while contributing to a welcoming, safe environment for colleagues and guests.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
