Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader in the Bedford area. You will lead the kitchen team, ensure every dish meets our high standards, and support service flow like clockwork. You’ll encourage teamwork, uphold hygiene and safety, and step in for management as needed to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on delivering quality meals, maintaining a positive team environment, and upholding brand standards across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub setting.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate a team during busy services.
• Strong communication in English and clear instruction to staff.
