Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, lead by example, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards in our pubs. You’ll support your team, foster collaboration, and uphold safety and quality in every service, playing a crucial role in delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a kitchen or fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication and team coordination.
• Understanding of food safety and allergen controls.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
