Job summary

Harvester - Swindon is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will lead a team through flexible shifts, focus on quality, training and stock control, while upholding health and hygiene standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role offers progression and employee benefits.

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
