Job summary

Harvester Grange Park is looking for a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team to deliver great food and maintain high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of stock control and food ordering processes.
• Experience working with branded menus and brand standards.
• Committed to health and hygiene regulations.
