Job summary

Harvester - Grange Park is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team, manage stock, and ensure the menu is delivered to a high standard.

You’ll work with a branded menu, aim to hit targets with your team, and uphold health and hygiene standards while benefiting from flexible shifts, staff discounts, and progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams preferred.
• Ability to train chefs and kitchen staff.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
