Harvester - Navigation Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a branded restaurant environment.
• Passion for training staff and delivering quality food.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive the team to meet targets.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and its execution.
