Job summary

Harvester Swindon is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead and train a team, ensure great food, and manage stock while upholding Harvester’s branded menu and health standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train and inspire kitchen staff.
• Ability to drive team performance and hit targets.
• Experience with ordering, prep, and stock control is essential.
• Familiarity with operating within a branded menu is important.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
