Barley Mow, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, drive high standards, and lead a team to deliver outstanding dishes with passion.

You will manage food preparation, stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while promoting development opportunities and team cohesion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering consistent quality.
• Ability to manage food preparation and ordering within a branded menu.
• Strong hygiene and food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with your team and ensure efficient service.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
