Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Stretton Fox in Stretton, WA4 4NU. You will assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, lead a team, and craft meals with passion while training staff.

The role sits within Vintage Inns, offering a warm, pub-style environment with traditional food and a cosy atmosphere. The position provides opportunities for progression, the possibility to grow with paid qualifications, and access to Wagestream to manage finances.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy environment.
• Proven ability to manage stock and food ordering.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
