Miller & Carter – Milton Keynes is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will join Miller & Carter, the home of the Steak Geeks, and help drive excellence across service in this high-energy brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Experience with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menus and health/hygiene regulations.
