Miller & Carter - Scunthorpe is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to work closely with the Head Chef, building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will train a team, manage daily kitchen operations, and ensure the branded menu is delivered with high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff
• Strong stock management and food ordering skills
• Proven track record in maintaining health and hygiene standards
• Comfortable working to a branded menu

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
