Job summary

Harvester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train a team, oversee stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met as you deliver on our branded menu. This role offers opportunities for progression within Mitchells & Butlers’ Harvester family.

You’ll work with a passionate team in a fast-paced family dining environment, focused on great food, great service, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Comfort working in a branded menu environment.

• Smash targets with your team and drive performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure the team adheres to health and hygiene standards.
