Harvester - Tarpot in Benfleet is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a busy kitchen with passion for great food. You’ll train and inspire a kitchen team, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure the branded menu is delivered to a high standard.

You’ll work with flexible shifts, enjoy brand discounts, Wagestream access, funded qualifications and clear progression opportunities, plus pension, generous holiday and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of, with clear leadership responsibilities.
• Drive the team to hit targets and maintain high standards.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control to ensure smooth service.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency across shifts.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
