Job summary

Greene King's Chef & Brewer venues are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader who will lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so service runs like clockwork.

You’ll support your team by encouraging collaboration, maintaining hygiene and safety, deputising for the management team, and helping organise the kitchen during peak service to deliver consistently high standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee the safety of the team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
