Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen and ensure the team has what they need so service runs smoothly. You will support your team by encouraging collaboration and maintaining the highest standards of dish quality.

You’ll deputise for the management team when needed, coordinate the team during busy services, and uphold hygiene and safety regulations to protect both staff and guests.

• Ability to lead a kitchen team and manage during service.

• Capable of staying calm under busy service conditions.
