Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Rayleigh is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader at the Harvester to support the Head Chef in delivering a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train and inspire Chefs, manage branded menus, and drive team performance to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Passion for great food and training teams.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Comfort with branded menus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with your team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
• Support Head Chef in menu execution and guest service.
