Job summary

Toby Carvery in Kings Norton is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll own the menu with passion for great food, train people, and help create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and HACCP basics.
• Proven ability to train and motivate kitchen staff to deliver quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your chefs to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with your team and maintain high standards.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu and health regulations.
