Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC’s Navigation Inn - Harvester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for great food and develop a team of chefs to deliver consistent quality.

You will lead training, help drive targets, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure adherence to hygiene standards while supporting a welcoming guest experience at the Harvester brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Ability to train and motivate Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Knowledge of branded menu execution and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs to deliver food you are proud of.
