Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Old Forge to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train staff, manage a branded menu and drive consistent, high‑quality service across shifts.

You’ll work with a passionate team in Premium Country Pubs, benefiting from flexible shifts, discounts, pension and progression opportunities as part of a large hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams to deliver quality meals.
• Understand food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with menu planning and stock control.
