Job summary

Packe Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead the team, manage stock and ordering, and ensure the branded menu is executed to a high standard.

You will train and motivate Chefs, drive targets with your team, and uphold rigorous health and hygiene practices in a pub kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub/restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and maintain consistency.
