Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Packe Arms, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, lead a small team and be the face of a branded menu in a cosy rural pub setting.

You will drive standards, train staff and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering great food and guest experiences. A supportive team and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high food standards.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to train, coach and develop kitchen staff.
• Proven track record of working with branded menus and ensuring consistency.
