Job summary

Miller & Carter Milton Keynes is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to drive excellence on a branded menu, delivering high-quality dishes with consistency. You will train and inspire your team, manage food preparation and stock control, monitor costs, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met every shift.

This full-time role offers clear progression, industry-leading training through our Steak School, and a range of staff perks
