Miller & Carter Hereford is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, coaching and developing a skilled kitchen team and ensuring top-quality steak dishes. You will oversee food preparation, ordering, and stock control while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen supervisory experience.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter - Hereford, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
