Job summary

Miller & Carter Maidstone is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a great kitchen and mentoring a talented team.

You will train Chefs, manage stock and orders, and ensure the branded menu is executed to perfection while upholding health and safety standards. The role offers development via Steak School and progression opportunities within the Mitchells & Butlers group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to manage orders and stock.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Train Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and uphold health and hygiene regulations.
