Mitchells & Butler plc in Maidstone operates Toby Carvery and is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, building a kitchen to be proud of and guiding the team to serve great food. You will master the branded menu, train staff, and lead with passion and care for guests.

• Experience leading a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver great food.
• Meet targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and maintain standards.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed.
