Job summary

Railway Hotel, part of Ember Inns by Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and drive a strong kitchen operation.

You will train and motivate Chefs, manage orders and stock, and ensure adherence to health and hygiene standards while delivering a branded menu with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Passion for great food and service
• Able to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff

• Be driven to smash targets with your team
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistent quality
