Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Metro Centre in Gateshead. You will support the Head Chef, lead a team, and oversee food preparation, ordering, and stock control while upholding the brand’s menu standards.

You will drive performance, deliver great guest experiences, and help train and develop brand-wide culinary skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proven ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
