Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide and support the kitchen during busy shifts, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and service runs like clockwork. You’ll lead by example, coach your team and keep the line moving smoothly.

You’ll deputise for the management team, uphold hygiene and safety, and help organise the team to deliver tasty, well-presented meals. If you’re resilient, hands-on and people-focused, this role offers a clear path to progression

• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
