Job summary

Greene King is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and service runs smoothly. You’ll support your team, maintain hygiene, and step in for management during busy services.

You’ll lead by example, foster teamwork, and help the team deliver tasty, well-presented meals while upholding safety and standards in a fast-paced pub kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
