Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for our Hungry Horse pubs in the Grimsby area. You will lead a kitchen team, ensuring every dish meets high standards and runs like clockwork during busy service. You’ll mentor staff, maintain hygiene, and step in for managers when needed.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
