Greene King’s Hungry Horse venue is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive service excellence and lead the kitchen team. You’ll set a positive example, support colleagues, and ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standards during peak service.

You’ll deputise for management, uphold hygiene and safety, organise the team, and help deliver a welcoming dining experience for guests while aligning with company values.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
