Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The Compasses - Harvester. You will support the Head Chef, manage a kitchen brigade and take ownership of a branded menu to deliver high quality dishes with pride.

• Experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead and train a team.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with the team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with branded menu and maintain consistency across dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
