Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Harvester - Hawth Park to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will guide and train a team, manage stock and orders, and ensure brand standards and hygiene are met.

You’ll lead by example, smash targets, and help guests enjoy great food and a welcoming atmosphere across our family-friendly brand.

Competenze

• Experience leading a kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Ability to train and motivate Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Experience with food ordering, stock management and cost control.
• Familiar with branded menus and ordering from suppliers.
• Ensures adherence to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Harvester - Hawth Park, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
