Job summary

The Old White Swan is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train Chefs and Kitchen Team members, deliver great food, and drive service standards while mastering a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team
• Strong focus on delivering great food and service standards
• Experience working with branded menus and adherence to health/hygiene rules

As Kitchen Team Leader at The Old White Swan, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
