Job summary

Bryncoch Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead training for Chefs and Kitchen Team, drive performance, and ensure stock control and food preparation align with branded menu standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and driving performance.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Knowledge of food ordering, stock control and menu compliance.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Bryncoch Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
