Job summary

Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Broughton Inn to support the Head Chef, master the menu, and train a great team. You will drive food quality and guest experiences across a busy kitchen.

You will lead the team, manage stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards while pursuing targets and delivering value for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations
• Ability to manage stock and food prep
