Job summary

Mitchells & Butler plc, via Toby Carvery in Bromsgrove, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train chefs, manage stock, and ensure branded menu standards are met while upholding health and hygiene rules.

You’ll lead with energy, smash targets with your team, and help create great guest experiences in a vibrant pub restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams to deliver quality meals.
• Strong understanding of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage stock, food ordering and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver pride-worthy food.
• Drive targets with the team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master branded menu execution and portioning.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
