Job summary

Greene King, home to Chef & Brewer pubs, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to mentor the kitchen crew, ensuring every dish meets high standards and service runs like clockwork. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and uphold hygiene and safety in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll deputise for management, coordinate during busy services, resolve issues, and help deliver tasty, well-presented meals that reflect our brand’s welcoming pub atmosphere.
