Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader in Birmingham to lead by example, ensure the team has what they need, and keep service running smoothly with dishes meeting the highest standards.

You’ll mentor the kitchen crew, deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy periods, and maintain hygiene and safety regulations. You’ll bring energy, resilience, and a passion for delivering great meals to customers.

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
