Mitchells & Butler PLC is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for Ember Inns at the Earl Haig in Bexleyheath. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, master the menu, and train a team to deliver great food.

This role offers flexible career progression within a branded pub group, a pension, holiday entitlement, staff discounts, and additional perks such as Wagestream and opportunities for qualifications.

Formación

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering consistent quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations in a branded kitchen.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Staff.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
