Premier Inn Bodmin is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive daily kitchen operations. You will own ordering, stock control and cost management for the hotel while leading the team through busy services and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in kitchen operations
• Ability to manage rotas and food orders
• Knowledge of health, hygiene and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and food cost management for the hotel
• Take the lead during service, organise the team and manage workflow
• Prepare, cook and serve menu to spec – from Premier Inn breakfasts to pub classics
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met and records kept updated
• Run shifts and help new team members settle in
• Learn kitchen management to progress to more senior roles
