Whitbread's Premier Inn Bodmin is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place orders, and lead the team through busy services. This hands-on role gives you ownership of quality and hygiene, reporting to the Hotel Manager as you prepare for future chef leadership.
You'll grow your skills in cost control, food ordering, and service flow, with clear progression toward Head Chef.
We're currently recruiting in our Bodmin Premier Inn. Working 30 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour.
