Job summary

Chef & Brewer, part of Greene King, is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen and keep service running like clockwork. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards in our country pubs.

You’ll uphold hygiene and safety, deputise for management when needed, and coordinate during peak times while motivating staff to deliver tasty, well-presented meals to our guests across our venues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
• Good English spoken and written for safety and allergen controls.
