Kitchen Supervisor - Revolucion De Cuba

Location: Leeds De Cuba - Hourly

Salary: £12.75

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Kitchen Supervisor with a proven track record in maintaining standards, training, and motivating teams to join our Cuban familia! You will be instrumental in leading your team, delivering fun and memorable experiences to our guests, and driving sales and standards in the kitchen. Working with your Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll recognize your team's achievements and provide developmental feedback to improve performance. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator, and professional when interacting with management, sales, kitchen, and front-of-house teams, helping them understand the value of their contributions toward our goals.
