Location: Leeds De Cuba

Salary: £12.75 - £12.75

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Kitchen Supervisor with a proven track record in maintaining standards, training, and motivating teams to join our Cuban familia! You will lead your team, deliver memorable experiences to guests, and drive sales and standards in the kitchen. Working alongside your Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll recognize team achievements and provide developmental feedback to improve performance. You should be a supportive coach, motivator, and professional in interactions with management, sales, kitchen, and front-of-house teams, helping them understand their contributions to our goals.
