Our Ideal Hero Will Have:

• Kitchen experience

Implementing Our ‘Yes You Can’ Philosophy, You Will:

• Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures
• Clean all garbage from kitchens and staff cafeteria as required
• Ensure all stoves, grills, and bain-maries are clean, using the correct chemicals and equipment
• Maintain an adequate supply of clean, operational equipment for all food outlets
• Ensure chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
